How to read this list
The map is a drawing, not a route
Nothing interactive is embedded: the pins are placed from each address and are approximate to about a block. You already have Google Maps and it is better at directions than anything this site would build, so every entry links straight into it and prints the address in Japanese for the driver.
Only what Google lacks
The charge, the payment methods, whether the door needs a booking. Observed on a stated date, never estimated and never generalised from one bar to the next.
Authentic, whisky and sake bars
Hostess-style venues are out of scope entirely, and always have been. That is a decision, not a gap.
